Challenge

A model agency lives or dies on how its roster looks, so the site had to feel like a high-end fashion publication while still working as a practical booking tool — for brands and casting directors hiring talent, and for new talent wanting to join.

The concept needed to:

Present each model and actor as a polished, standalone portfolio
Make a large, image-heavy roster easy to browse and filter
Keep an editorial, fashion-magazine aesthetic, not a stock template
Surface upcoming castings, shows and events for industry followers
Give clients an obvious path to enquire about or book talent

Solution

The visual identity is editorial and high-contrast — dark and light moods, fashion-led imagery, restrained type — so the agency reads as premium before a single profile is opened.

It’s built around the roster, surfacing as:

A dedicated profile layout per model, actor and agency talent
A roster overview built for fast visual scanning across a large cast
An events layer for castings, fashion shows and industry dates
Membership-gated areas for private galleries and exclusive profiles
Clear enquiry and booking CTAs aimed at brands and casting teams

On the build side, we created and populated a custom Profiles post type for the roster, integrated the Events Calendar and Membership plugins for castings and gated content, and built our own Elementor widgets on top to tie it all into one editorial layout — with the image-heavy pages optimized for speed before release.

Result

The final concept delivers a site that reads like a fashion portfolio and functions like a booking platform: every talent gets a magazine-quality profile instead of a thumbnail in a wall of faces, casting directors can scan the full pool and move straight to an enquiry, and the events layer keeps the agency visible between bookings.

The difference is in how it’s assembled — a custom-built roster, plugin integrations for events and membership, and our own Elementor widgets tying them into one editorial system, all tuned to stay fast despite gallery-heavy pages.
